Please follow these steps to register your return:

1. Go to our returns portal.

2. Enter the Order Number and Email Address to see your product(s).

3. Select product(s) and reason(s) for return.

4. Select a return method.

5. Review details and submit.

6. Check your email for confirmation.

7. Print the shipping label provided and follow the instructions.

8. Track your return via the link in the return confirmation email.

9. Once our warehouse has received and checked the item(s), the refund will be processed as soon as possible via the original payment method used to place the order.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract entered into without giving any reason. You have the right to withdraw your order at any time within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.

For purchases made in-store, please return the item to the same store or retailer where you made the purchase.

Returns are free of charge for J.LINDEBERG Clubhouse Members only, and an extended return window of 30 days is offered. To read more and to become a J.LINDEBERG Clubhouse Member, please click here.

For all non-members: a return fee is a refund to your original form of payment, excluding a 4.95 EUR / 5.95 CHF / 5.95 GBP / 50 SEK / 50 NOK / 50 DKK return fee, and a 19.90 EUR return fee for an order shipped initially to South Korea. You can read more about our Returns Policy here. 

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of underwear. 

Once we have verified that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund.
