Petra Martić made an impressive comeback on the WTA Tour to upset No.1 seed Maria Sakkari of Greece in the semifinals of the Upper Austria Ladies Linz tournament. This marked the eighth top 10 victory for Martić.

A J.Lindeberg ambassador since 2022, Petra Martić is a professional tennis player from Split, Croatia, born in 1991. She began playing tennis at the age of five and turned professional in 2008. She is known for her powerful serve and strong forehand, and has achieved notable victories throughout her career, including a win over former world No. 1 Maria Sharapova in the 2019 French Open. Martić has reached a career-high ranking of No. 14 in the world in women's singles and No. 135 in doubles.
