The giveaway is organized by J.Lindeberg AB, reg. no. 556533-7085, Stadsgårdshamnen 24, 116 45 Stockholm, Sweden. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta. 

By entering and registering for the giveaway, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions. You must have a full version of Instagram and Facebook, and comply with their official terms of use. 

To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age, a UK resident, and either a registered J.Lindeberg Clubhouse Member or register as one during the entry process. You must also submit an answer to the specified competition question. Each participant may enter only once. You are responsible for providing accurate personal and contact details. Employees of J.Lindeberg and their close relatives are not eligible to participate. Individuals under 18 or residing outside of the UK are not eligible. 

The winner will be selected randomly by a computer-generated process verified by an independent party. Selection is not based on the correctness of the answer or any performance criteria. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 3 days of selection, with details about the prize (see section 6). The giveaway opens at 12:00 on June 2, 2025, and closes at 23:59 on June 15, 2025. The winner will be selected on June 16, 2025, and the last name of the winner will be announced on June 21, 2025, on @jlindebergofficial and in stores. If you object to your surname being published, please contact customerservice@jlindeberg.com. The selection is final and cannot be challenged or appealed. The prize will be delivered by email free of charge. J.Lindeberg AB reserves the right to select a new winner if the initial winner fails to respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond within the time limit will result in forfeiture of the prize. 

Participation is free, and no purchase is necessary. 

There will be one (1) winner. The prize includes:

• Two (2) tickets to the Genesis Scottish Open in Scotland on July 12, 2025.
• Accommodation for two (2), including breakfast, for two nights (July 11–13, 2025) at a premium hotel in Edinburgh         
 

The winner may bring one (1) companion who must also be at least 18 years old and reside in the UK. If the companion is under 18, they must be the child or legal ward of the winner. 

J.Lindeberg AB is not responsible for any additional or incidental expenses, including taxes.

The total estimated value of the prize is €1,000. 

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tickets are personal and may only be used by the winner and their designated companion.  

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

The winner and companion must hold valid travel documents, identification, and insurance.

J.Lindeberg AB is not liable for any theft, loss, delays, cancellations, illness, or injuries related to the prize or the trip. This includes but is not limited to event changes, accommodation issues, or flight disruptions. J.Lindeberg AB also disclaims responsibility for any personal injuries or damages incurred during the trip. The winner is responsible for arranging their own return travel and/or medical care if needed. Liability exclusions do not apply in cases of J.Lindeberg AB’s own gross negligence or personal injury due to its direct actions. 

By entering, you confirm that you are a J.Lindeberg Clubhouse Member, at least 18 years old, a resident of the UK, and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. 

J.Lindeberg AB reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time if necessary. Non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification. 

If the designated prize cannot be fulfilled due to supplier failure or insolvency, J.Lindeberg AB reserves the right to provide an alternative of equal or greater value. 

By entering, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of managing the giveaway, contacting the winner, and arranging the prize (including sharing relevant data with the hotel). Your data may be processed based on your consent, legitimate interest, or necessity for the performance of a contract. Data will be retained only as long as necessary and then deleted.
