We send all our parcels from our warehouse in Sweden. Once your order has been packed and sent, you’ll receive the tracking information by email.
Tracking is available once the package arrives at the carrier sorting facility, it can therefore take up to 2 working days before you can track your parcel.
You can check the status of your order - including tracking - by logging in to your account at jlindeberg.com.

If you wrote the wrong email address at checkout, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible.
If you realise that you’ve given:
- The wrong phone number: you will receive updates about your order via e-mail, you can track your parcel by following the link in the e-mail or by logging in to your account at jlindeberg.com.
- The wrong shipping address: if the shipping company is unable to deliver the parcel due to an invalid name, phone or address, the parcel will automatically be returned to us. Once we’ve received it in our warehouse, we’ll send you an automated email and proceed with the full refund of your order within 10-15 working days.
Have purchased an item that you don't want to keep? You can just send it back to us by registering the return in our Returns Portal.
Want to add something to your order? Simply place another one! A completed order cannot be edited, so please reach out to our Customer Service Team to avoid any additional shipping fees.
Please note that if you placed an order before February 7th, you received a pre-printed shipping label with your order and do not need to register a return online. If you have misplaced the pre-printed label, please request a new one here.
For all purchases made at any of our stores or at our resellers, please return the item(s) back to the store, or reseller, where you made the purchase.
For orders placed after February 7th - Follow these steps to register your return and send it back to us:
1. Go to J.Lindeberg returns portal.
2. Enter the Order Number and Email Address to see your product(s).
3. Select product(s) and reason(s) for return.
4. Select a return method.
5. Review details and submit.
6. Check your email for confirmation.
7. Print the shipping label provided and follow the instructions.
8. Track your return via the link in the return confirmation email.
9. Once our warehouse has received and checked the item(s), the refund will be processed as soon as possible via the original payment method used to place the order.
If your return tracking status shows that your parcel has been "Delivered", please note that your parcel may still be in your country and has not reached our warehouse in Sweden yet.
We will notify you when we have received and verified your return and will issue the refund shortly after.
The refund will be made using the original payment method you chose when placing your order.
If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account depending on the issuing bank.
Use the size guides available on all product pages to make sure you choose the right size for you. The size guides include all measurements in centimeters and inches.
